“Fish from Greece”, travels from the Greek Seas to New York
Greek sea bream and greek sea bass characterized by the certified name “Fish form Greece”, were the focus of two dinners organized by the South Aegean District at the James Beard House and Avra Madison Estiatorio, on the 1st and 2nd May, in New York.
With the theme “South Aegean Feast”, a lauded group of chefs from Greece prepared delicious and unique dishes for guests and media, such as sea bass tartar with bottarga, sea bass carpaccio with sea urchins, sea bream agioritiko with plum sauce, sea bream with aubergines puree.
