Saturday September 30- HAPO sponsored the 3rd food tasting night at Igoumenitsa’s port, an event that once again highlighted the richness of local flavors and production.
The event attracted many guests, that had the opportunity to taste a rich variety of exquisite seafood dishes, all produced in Thesprotia. Among these there were sea bream, sea bass, accompanied with locally produced wine.
The quality and freshness of the seafood products were evident, showcasing the excellent work of local producers. The Association of Aquaculture in Thesprotia, with HAPO’s support, has managed to further cultivate the local culture of seafood production and promote the quality of its products.
