Monday 25, Tuesday 26 September- HAPO organized a two-day trip to Galaxidi, at Galaxidi Marine Farms for friends who are involved in gastronomy each in their own unique way, exploring the world of aquaculture. They had the opportunity to learn about the entire process from farm to fork, get informed, and of course, enjoy unique and delicious recipes, savoring Fish from Greece seafood.
