Tuesday 13 June – Τhe ceremony for the Greek Cuisine Awards 2023, organized by “Athinorama,” took place at the “Makedonia Palace” in Thessaloniki. The event honored the best restaurants in the country that serve our national gastronomy, within the framework of the institution of the “Golden Hats,” which celebrated its 30th anniversary this year.
117 restaurants across Greece were honored with the Greek Cuisine Award on this special evening, which showcased the excellence of our national cuisine, both in traditional and modern and creative expressions.
At the Greek Cuisine Awards, where Ηellenic Aquaculture Producers Organization (HAPO) was the sponsor for the third year, the sea bass was caught 24 hours before and transformed into two delicious recipes by Asimakis Haniotis and Sotiris Evangelou, enjoyed by all the guests.
