Sonia Peronaci, digital entrepreneur and historic founder of Giallozafferano, is now the face and promoter of the site that bears her name soniaperonaci.it and her editorial staff Sonia Factory, a large multipurpose space that Sonia decided to open in one of the pulsating districts of her Milan. Milanese by birth, but of Catanzaro origins on her father’s side and from Alto Adige on her mother’s side, Sonia Peronaci revolutionized the world of cooking by bringing it onto the web. Among the 10 most powerful Italian entrepreneurs on the web, she won the prestigious Ambrogino d’Oro.

Until the end of December, Sonia will be creating a series of multistreaming Live Shows for HAPO, illustrating step by step the preparation of her recipes, strictly based on fresh fish Fish from Greece, giving live advice and inspiring the community for the dishes to be proposed even during the Christmas period, the most awaited of the year by young and old, despite the necessary restrictions and the extraordinary events due to the Covid-19 health emergency.
