HAPO sets the table at HORECA 2020

As a testament to our deep appreciation for Greek cuisine and fresh aquaculture fish, HAPO co-sponsored this year’s Gastronomy Forum at HORECA Metropolitan Expo.

Along with renowned chefs, Alexandros Tsiotinis and Miltos Yiannou, HAPO hosted two seminars that divulged the secrets of our seas’ natural wealth and presented best practices for preparation and cooking of Greek fish.
