Tuesday, January 24- The Association of the Culinary Professionals of Greece won the bronze award at the Culinary World Cup Villeroy & Boch, held in Luxemburg in November. ΗAPO was one of the sponsors who contributed to the team’s success, by offering fresh sea bass. “Fish, a special offer from HAPO, arrived just one day before the contest” Mr. Gotsis, President of the Culinary Professionals mentioned.
To celebrate the success of the team, a dinner was held at the MET hotel in Thessaloniki, attended by the vice president of HAPO, Mr. Nikos Lymperis, representing HAPO. The award-winning menu included HAPO sea bass with calendula, accompanied with Chalastra rice and saute wild greens with fennel. The regional deputy of Central Macedonia, Apostolos TZitzikostas, and governmental representatives attended the event as well.
