HAPO and the Chefs Club of Greece co-hosted a workshop for the latter’s members, starring fresh Greek farmed fish, signed “Fish from Greece”, and Alexandros Tsiotinis, the well-known chef of CTC restaurant.
During the workshop that took place at the Chefs Club, chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, HAPO and “Fish from Greece” ambassador, demonstrated his very own special way of fileting fish and went on to create two impressive dishes: risotto with meagre confit and sea bass tartare. Both these recipes showcase the great taste and freshness of “Fish from Greece”.
