Event “Cooking modern recipes with Fish from Greece”

– The giveaway’s 6 winners attended a seminar that highlighted FISH FROM GREECE products

 

Six lucky winners had the chance to attend an exclusive seminar with chef Alexandros Tsiotinis on October 26, 2020. The event, sponsored by HAPO, was titled “Cooking modern recipes with Greek Fish.” The winners were selected through a lottery system, from the pool of entrants who participated in a giveaway that ran on A. Tsiotinis’ Instagram profile.

The seminar featured different fish filleting styles, along with three recipes with fresh, farmed FISH FROM GREECE products:

  • Amberjack ceviche, in the style of a Greek salad
  • Meagre confit in brown butter, with orzo cooked like in a fish soup, and sweet garlic
  • Sea Bass with courgetti and octopus scales, split pea purée, lime jam and roasted capers

The seminar concluded with a taste test.
