Fish from Greece Cooking Academy: Asian flavors with Greek Aquaculture Fish
4th cooking seminar at LE MONDE by Dimitra Panagiotopoulou
In the context of HAPO’s partnership with the Institute of Hotel & Business studies LE MONDE, the 4th cooking seminar titled “Discovering Asia and its flavors through Greek Aquaculture fish”, was held on Friday 8 April 2022.
Executive Chef Dimitra Panagiotopoulou, who led the seminar shared with the students secrets and techniques for sushi-making and prepared 4 different recipes: fresh meagre rolls with peanut butter sauce, sea bass spring rolls with lime sauce, sea bass sushi sandwich, sea bream kimbap (Korean sushi).
HAPO’s educational activities at LE MONDE will continue during the next semester, in cooperation with executive chefs and food bloggers, aiming to inform and educate the new generation’s cooks and culinary trend setters on Greek aquaculture fish.
