Thursday 30 October-Sunday 2 November- An ichthyologist by study and by heart, Mr. Apostolos Touralias, President of the Hellenic Aquaculture Producers Organization (HAPO), honored colleagues, partners, and institutions at the 19th Panhellenic Conference of Public Sector Ichthyologists, held at the University of Ioannina.
In his address, he highlighted the challenges currently faced by aquaculture, emphasizing the importance of collaboration, knowledge, and the sustainable development of the sector. He underlined the crucial role of ichthyologists in ensuring the quality and advancement of Greek aquaculture.
