2nd Conference Cardio Life Style from ELIKAR

Saturday 1-Sunday 2 November-  The Hellenic Aquaculture Producers Organization (HAPO) participated for the second consecutive year in the “2nd Cardio Life Style” conference, organized by the Hellenic Heart Foundation (ELIKAR) for the general public, on November 1–2.

“Who ensures the quality of farmed fish? What do they eat? What happens when they get sick? Should I give them to my children?” These and many other challenging questions were answered during the panel discussion “Blue Health & Heart” by Filippοs Petridis (CEO, AMBIO), Navsika Karakatsouli (Associate Professor, Agricultural University of Athens), Evangelos Kakavoulis (President, Aquavet), and Ismini Bogdanou (Communications Director, HAPO).
Ms. Bogdanou presented HAPO’s role in highlighting the value of fresh Greek farmed fish “Fish from Greece,” which combine high nutritional value with strict quality and sustainability standards. The event concluded with a tasting of fresh Greek farmed fish “Fish from Greece,” giving participants the opportunity to experience their flavor and quality firsthand.

True to its philosophy of collaboration and the promotion of healthy eating, HAPO remains committed to actively supporting ELIKAR’s initiatives and further strengthening the cooperation between the two organizations, with the shared goal of promoting heart health through proper nutrition.
