The collaboration between the Hellenic Aquaculture Producers Organization (HAPO) and this outstanding team of chefs began in 2022 and has continued to grow steadily, built on mutual respect and the successful promotion of our partnership. As part of numerous international culinary competitions, HAPO supports the team by providing Fish from Greece (FFG) fish for their culinary creations, contributing to their outstanding achievements and award-winning performances.
In addition, we have jointly organized two seminars at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, further strengthening our collaboration.
This excellent partnership continues to thrive, and HAPO was proudly represented at the Annual Symposium of Culinary Professionals Greece, where we provided 90 Fish from Greece (FFG) sea bass for the event.
