Tuesday 15 April- As part of a feature by China Global Television Network (CGTN Europe) on Greek aquaculture, representatives of the Hellenic Aquaculture Producers Organization (HAPO) welcomed journalist Angelo Sipsas and video journalist Savvas Karma to sea bass and sea bream farming units in the Saronic Gulf, showcasing the production of fresh Greek farmed fish Fish from Greece.
During the visit, the HAPO team guided the crew through the facilities and presented the farming process, highlighting the quality, sustainability, and modern production standards that set the Greek aquaculture sector apart on the international stage.
As part of the report, HAPO President Mr. Apostolos Touralias gave an in-depth interview, sharing insights into the sector’s strengths, its global potential, and HAPO’s ongoing commitment to innovation, outward orientation, and sustainable development.
