Tuesday, November 5 – Another Fish from Greece Cooking Academy took place at the IEK Delta 360 culinary school in Thessaloniki, featuring the renowned chef of Electra Palace, Giorgos Vagionas. Giorgos Vagionas presented four creative recipes to the school’s students, using fresh Greek aquaculture fish from Fish from Greece. We STARTED our collaboration with Delta 360 last October, providing their students with fresh Greek farmed fish to ensure top quality and flavor in their lessons. It is our pleasure to contribute to the education of future chefs and young individuals who will shape the culinary trends of tomorrow.
