Tuesday 14 November- The first Fish From Greece Cooking Academy took place at the IEK Delta 360 school in Thessaloniki, with the well-known hotel chef Sotiris Evangelou. Sotiris Evangelou presented five creative recipes to the students at the school, using fish from Greek aquaculture by Fish from Greece. We started our collaboration with Delta 360 School in October, providing its students with fresh fish from Greek aquaculture to ensure high quality and flavor in their classes. It is our pleasure to contribute to the education of future chefs and young individuals who will shape all the dietary trends of the future.
