HAPO in collaboration with Culinary Professionals Greece, realized two gastronomy Master Classes at the College of Food Innovation & Technology of Johnson & Wales University, Rhode Island of USA

Τhursday 26 October- With the initiative of HAPO and in collaboration with the Culinary Chefs Professionals Greece, the College of Food Innovation & Technology of Johnson & Wales University at Rhode Island of USA, honored Greek farmed fish with two exceptional gastronomy Master Classes. In a live presentation to students & professors, representatives of Culinary Professionals of Greece, Mr. Dimitris Kyriakopoulos, Chairman and Mr. Christos Gkotsis, Vice Chairman, cooked fresh sea bream Fish from Greece and fresh sea bass Fish from Greece, offered by the members of HAPO, hereby represented by Mrs. Ismini Bogdanou Director of Communications & Public Relations. Leonidas Raptakis, Senator for the State of Rhode Island, USA, honored with his presence the Greek gastronomy events.
