The Hellenic Aquaculture Producers Organization (HAPO) participated as a Silver Sponsor in the 51st Electoral and Annual General Assembly of the Greek Exporters Association (SEVE), marking the conclusion of Simos Diamantidis’ tenure as President of Greece’s leading export organization and the beginning of a new administrative term under Themis Sarasidis, principal shareholder, Chairman and CEO of FARCOM S.A.
Representing HAPO, member of SEVE, Chairman Apostolos Touralias attended the General Assembly and participated in the election of the Association’s new Board of Directors.
As part of its sponsorship, HAPO supplied Fish from Greece sea bream and sea bass, which were served at the networking cocktail reception following the General Assembly, showcasing the quality and international appeal of Greece’s premium farmed fish.
Ahead of the Assembly, Mr. Touralias visited the DIOPAS production facility, where he met with Symeon Diamantidis, Chief Executive Officer, and members of the company’s management team. During the visit, he also had the opportunity to meet Kostis Hatzidakis, Vice President of the Government of Greece, who attended the General Assembly as its guest of honor.
