Monday, March 10 – A random scroll on Facebook led to a wonderful collaboration between HAPO and Chef Myrsini Lambraki.
During her live masterclass dedicated to fish and seafood, held in the garden and demonstration area of her home on Monday, March 10, Myrsini cooked fresh Greek farmed fish Fish from Greece—seabass, seabream, and red porgy—in creative ways.
We were particularly impressed by the spectacular salt-crusted red porgy and the juicy fire-roasted seabass.
