HAPO partners with Dietician Dr. Dimitris Grigorakis and Chef Dina Nikolaou

The Hellenic Aquaculture Producers Organization (HAPO) is proud to join the Cooking for Strength initiative, organized by renowned chef Dina Nikolaou and the popular Dietician Dr. Dimitris Grigorakis: the partnership’s objective is to create a series of nutritious recipes with fresh, Greek aquaculture fish, which are exceptionally tasty while containing nutritional elements that boost our immune system.

Greek aquaculture fish, fished daily at HAPO Members’ units across Greece in accordance to strict European regulations, set the standard for exceptional freshness, high quality and nutritional value.

They are particularly rich in fat-free protein – as valuable as that found in meat- and also contain the precious Omega-3 fatty acids that offer multiple benefits such as anti-inflammatory action, protection against cardiovascular disease and boosting of the mental faculty. Fish are also a great source of vitamins A, B and D; eating fish twice weekly has proven to improve the way our bodies work!

Dina Nikolaou’s quick and tasty recipes combined with Dr. Grigorakis’ poignant nutritional tips in Cooking for Strength showcase all the products necessary for a healthy and balanced diet.
