Almonds crusted sea bream fillets

With broccoli and pomegranate

4 sea bream fillets
50g slivered almonds
1 broccoli
100g pomegranate seeds
1 lemon
olive oil
salt and pepper


Place sea bream fillets on a baking sheet with baking paper, grease them with a little of olive oil and cover with slivered almonds. Add salt and pepper and cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
Peel the broccoli and cut the tops. Cook in a casserole with a little of olive oil and garlic for 20 minutes, then add salt and pepper.
Serve the almond crusted sea bream fillets with broccoli and decorate with pomegranate seeds and aromatic herbs.
