Meagre Ramen

Serves 2


2 filets of meagre (approx. 180-200gr each)
100gr thin rice noodles
600ml water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 carrot, cut into sticks
1 cm fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp sesame oil


Pour boiling water over noodles and let them soak for 5 minutes, until they soften.
Strain and keep warm. Meanwhile, boil the water, having added the grated ginger and soy sauce to it. As soon as it is boiling, lower the heat and add carrot and onion. Finally, add the fish, cook for 1 minute and remove from heat. Add the sesame oil before serving the noodles in bowls and pouring the broth and fish over them.
