Ingredients
2 sea basses of 500/600 gr each
2 oranges
1 handful of pine nuts
1 handful of capers
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
water for cooking
1 sheet of parchment paper
Method
Place the sheet of parchment paper on the bottom of the cast iron pot, put the fish in, sprinkle with orange juice. Add the orange slices, pine nuts and capers and season with salt and pepper oil. Pour 1 finger of water between the pot and the sheet of parchment paper and cover with the lid. Cook for about 20 minutes, then gently remove the fish from the pan, clean and spin it, serve on the plates accompanied by its seasonings.
