Sea bream and potato meatballs

INGREDIENTS

800g Sea bream Fish from Greece

600g American potatoes

4-6 tbsp breadcrumbs

Parsley to taste

Smoked paprika to taste

EVO oil to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

EXECUTION

Clean and wash the sea bream and obtain fillets to be carefully skinned.

Put the sea bream in pieces, the parsley, a few tablespoons of breadcrumbs (depending on the consistency of the mixture), a pinch of salt and pepper in a blender.

At this point, begin to form the meatballs and then pass them (one by one) in the breadcrumbs. Fry them in a pan for a few minutes with a little oil and leave to rest.

For the accompanying American potatoes, after peeling and rinsing them, cut them into sticks of the same thickness to give the stick shape as the fries. Place the cut potatoes on a baking tray previously lined with baking paper, drizzle EVO oil evenly over them, add a pinch of salt and smoked paprika to taste and bake for about 15-20 minutes in the air fryer (or in the oven) until golden and crispy.

Combine the meatballs and American potato sticks and serve as a complete dish.
