PAGRUS

Pagrus

(Pagrus SPP)

Vivid coloring and a seductive taste

Pagrus is one of the most impressive fish in both looks and flavor, easily recognizable thanks to its blue-spotted, reddish back and silvery-pink color on its sides. Pagrus is a demersal fish, meaning it can live either close to the seabed, or in shallower waters, at depths ranging from 30 to 300 meters (though more often below the 150-meter mark). Pagrus may grow up to 90 centimeters in length and 8 to 9 kilos in weight.

FISH FROM GREECE pagrus thrives in the clear, blue, Greek waters, in ideal conditions and has dense flesh, a mellow flavor and high nutritional value as it is rich in Omega-3.

Pagrus is raised with great care by aquaculture experts and is fed with certified, GMO-free feed, which means you are choosing a great-tasting fish that you can enjoy time and time again!
