Press lunch and social activities with chef Simone Rugiati to increase brand awareness in Italy
The partnership with the exceptional chef Simone Rugiati began last November at his FoodLoft in Milan, a Factory House dedicated to the world of food&beverage, which welcomed the press lunch organized for a shortlist of selected journalists. During the event, guests were able to attend an engaging show-cooking conducted by Rugiati chefs and a tasting of recipes created specifically for the occasion with Fish from Greece products. The event, which also saw the participation of some of the marketing and communication representatives of HAPO – Hellenic Aquaculture Producers Organization, represented a unique and valuable moment of meeting and exchange.
The collaboration with the famous chef continued successfully, thanks to a social activity plan that led to the creation of several recipes in which the absolute protagonists are the quality and uniqueness of the taste of Fish from Greece. This is how the chef and food influencer Simone Rugiati – for five consecutive months – has given advice and secrets for an original preparation of fish and, in particular, to create delicious dishes based on sea bream, sea bass, pagrus and meagre, the species bred by HAPO member companies. Not only the numerous recipes created and proposed by the chef, but real culinary challenges have animated the social channels of Rugiati, obtaining a good engagement of his fanbase.
